Positive Mental Attitude
A healthy and positive mental attitude encompasses the perfect balance to maintain good health, both physically and mentally.
Not enough to live a vegan eating only fruits and vegetables, and yet have a negative mental attitude: with hatred, resentment, fear, selfishness, envy, jealousy and live under stress, ie, emotionally tense. In these cases occur in our nervous and circulatory system a considerable increase of substances known as catecholamine’s (dopamine, noradrenalin and adrenaline), which lead to metabolic disorders. This situation to become chronic, the person consumes, and that depresses the immune system, appearing several diseases, including cancer.
It is common to encounter people who tell you: “I eat everything (meat, fried foods, canned goods, candy …) and not get sick”. It is likely that these people maintain a positive mental attitude, and that helps a lot, to some extent.
Take this into account and keep a positive attitude, learn to forgive, to forget the offense, we practice the rest and relaxation, and most importantly live the here and now.
